Crafted from durable galvanneal steel, this access door features a 20-gauge door and a 16-gauge cold rolled steel frame, ensuring robust protection and longevity. Its innovative design includes a hex head slam latch and a ring key-operated slam latch for secure yet easy access. The door is hinged with a continuous piano hinge strategically located on the height dimension for seamless operation. Its 1" exposed flange and 3" deep frame contribute to an easy installation and a neat finish. The door's insulation is made from 2" thick fire-rated mineral wool, providing excellent resistance to fire. Finished with a high-quality white powder coat primer, this access door offers functionality and blends effortlessly into various ceiling environments.
