Shipping Information - Parcel, LTL & Freight Shipping

We've partnered with leading parcel, LTL, and freight carriers across North America to ensure your order arrives safely and efficiently. We work closely with our brand and manufacturer partners to provide access to carefully researched, high-quality home improvement products delivered directly to your home or jobsite.

Order Processing & Shipping Times

Most orders are processed and prepared for shipment within 3–5 business days.

Once your order is placed, you'll receive email updates throughout the process, including:

  • Order confirmation
  • Shipment notification and tracking information
  • Out-for-delivery updates (when available)
  • Delivery confirmation

Please note that transit times vary by carrier, destination, and product type.

Once an order has shipped, it can no longer be cancelled and will be subject to our Return Policy.

Lead Times & Backordered Products

Some products may have extended lead times due to manufacturing schedules, inventory availability, or supply chain conditions.

When applicable, estimated lead times are displayed directly on the product page so you can make an informed purchasing decision before ordering.

Products with lead times are charged in full at the time of purchase. This allows us to reserve inventory with the manufacturer and secure your place in the production or fulfillment queue.

If you need to cancel an order containing a lead-time product, please contact our customer service team as soon as possible. We will make every effort to stop the order before shipment and issue a full refund.

Orders that have already shipped cannot be cancelled.

Drolet, Englander, Enerzone, Osburn, PSG (Caddy) & Ventis Shipping Update

Due to increasing fuel and freight costs, orders for wood burning stoves, pellet stoves, and related accessories may incur additional shipping charges when delivered to certain remote or hard-to-access areas within the United States. These additional fees may not be covered under our standard free shipping policy.

If you are located in a remote area, we recommend contacting us prior to placing your order so we can review available delivery options and provide accurate shipping details.

Rise reserves the right to notify customers of any additional shipping costs required to complete delivery. In such cases, customers will have the option to proceed with the updated charges, modify their order, or cancel for a full refund.
