Vermont Natural Coatings PolyWhey EZ-PRO Wood Floor Finish is a water-based finish that comes highly recommended for all residential and light commercial interior hardwood floors. Its neutral odor, excellent coverage, quick-drying feature, easy cleanup, and long lifespan make it an affordable and eco-friendly choice for a durable finish. EZ-PRO is exceptionally smooth and user-friendly, earning it the moniker "The Roller's Choice."

This finish is a single-component solution with no limited pot life, which means no wasted finish. It has excellent flow and leveling properties and complies with all US and Canadian VOC regulations. EZ-PRO's fast-drying and curing abilities allow up to three coats to be applied in a single day. It comes in matte, satin, and semi-gloss options.

Installation Notes

For most applications, one coat of PolyWhey 3000 Wood Floor Sealer and 2-3 coats of PolyWhey EZ-PRO Wood Floor Finish are recommended. Add additional coats of PolyWhey EZ-PRO for commercial or heavy-traffic residential flooring.

 

Recommended applicators include a T-bar, roller, or painters pad

Application
  1. Stir well prior to use.
  2. Use a dampened T-bar sleeve, roller sleeve or painters pad and pull the finish with the grain of the wood.
  3. Apply two to three coats. Allow the first coat to dry 2 hours (High humidity and/or low temperature conditions may increase dry time). Apply in temperatures s between 65°F-80°F with a relative humidity of 40%-60%.
  4. Between coats: For best results, abrade after PolyWhey EZ-PRO application with a fine, 220 grit paper. For PolyWhey EZ-PRO, abrade if 24 hours have passed since the previous coat was applied. Always vacuum and tack thoroughly with a clean, damp cloth.
