Its key-operated cylinder cam latch ensures secure access, complemented by a piano hinge for smooth operation. Designed with a 1" exposed flange for a sleek finish, this access door incorporates 0.064" aluminum sheet material for durability. The frame, with a depth of 2½ inches, supports the structure, while the rough opening requirement is minimal, needing only a quarter inch or 6mm more than the door sizes. It boasts superior insulation, thanks to the 1" thick fiberglass wool and neoprene gasketing around the perimeter of the door frame, effectively reducing sound and air transfer. Finished with a high-quality white powder coat primer, this access door combines functionality with aesthetic appeal for various applications.
