Installation Notes

For most applications, one coat of PolyWhey 3000 Wood Floor Sealer and 2-3 coats of PolyWhey EZ-PRO Wood Floor Finish are recommended. Add additional coats of PolyWhey EZ-PRO for commercial or heavy-traffic residential flooring.

Recommended applicators include a T-bar, roller, or painters pad.

Application

Stir well prior to use.
Use a dampened T-bar sleeve, roller sleeve or painters pad and pull the finish with the grain of the wood.
Apply two to three coats. Allow the first coat to dry 2 hours (High humidity and/or low temperature conditions may increase dry time). Apply in temperatures s between 65°F-80°F with a relative humidity of 40%-60%.
Between coats: For best results, abrade after PolyWhey EZ-PRO application with a fine, 220 grit paper. For PolyWhey EZ-PRO, abrade if 24 hours have passed since the previous coat was applied. Always vacuum and tack thoroughly with a clean, damp cloth.
